WiseChoices 20 and 30
WiseChoices 20 plan features a $1000 deductible and 20% coinsurance while the WiseChoices 30 features a $1500 deductible and 30% coinsurance. Both of these policies include $30 copays for office visits with no deductible. Each program also includes coverage for Vision and Alternative health care such as Acupuncture, Spinal Manipulations and Massage Therapy. Excellent coverage from this LifeWise insurance program!

WiseChoices Zero Deductible
This program has no deductible that needs to be met before benefits are covered. You simply pay your portion of the coinsurance of either 20% or 30%. Unlimited doctors office visits, maternity and prescription drugs are covered with simple copays. WiseEssentials 25-
The Wise Essentials plans from LifeWise Health Plan of Washington are very cost very effective prgrams that give you three deductible options of $1500, $2500 and $3500 and a 25% coinsurance. These policies also feature coverage for preventative exams and well baby exams where the deductible is waived on the first 6 doctors office visits per person per calender year. WiseSavings HSA
The WiseSavings health plans are a high deductible PPO that works in conjunction with a Health Savings Account that you establish and fund. Coverage is provided for preventative care 100% up to $300 per person per calender year. Contributions to your HSA are tax deductible and your savings grow tax deferred from year to year and this puts you in control of your health care spending. These HSAs are available for an individual with choices of a $1700 or $3000 deductible or $3500 or $6000 for a family HSA. LifeWise insurance plan HSAs are a great value.
